Denver Roller Dolls All Star Team, the Mile High Club, will be hosting a boot camp on October 4th and 5th at the Glitterdome!!! If you have ever wanted the chance to skate with the Mile High Club and members of Team USA now is your chance! We have an exciting two days packed full of tips, tricks, and skills and cannot wait to share them with you.
We are offering camp on both Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 5th. Whether you can only make it to a half day or want to come for the entire weekend we want you to be there. We are also offering spectator passes as well.

10:15 -11:15  Stop – It’s Jammer Time: Advanced Stopping Techniques – Learn the footwork for one-footed plow stops, power slides, and right and left footed hockey stops. – Ashley “Jersey Justice” Buscek
11:15-12:00 Baby Got Backwards Pt. 1 – Developing footwork for backwards crossing, lateral movement and quick forward/backwards transitions – Tracy Disco Akers

1:00 – 1:30: Skate Maintenance Clinic
1:30-2:30: Bigger, Faster, Stronger – Power and Form – Kit “Kamilla Bloodspilla” Dezellem
2:30-3:30: Baby Got Backwards Pt. 2 – Incorporating backwards skating into defensive formations – Lauren “Shadow” Salvador
3:30-4:30: Jam Skating 4 Derby – Learn about edging and lateral transitions in fun format with Pops – MHC Coach and nationally recognized jam skater – Justin “Sir Pops A Lot” Taylor
4:30-5:00: Head in the Game? Refocus and Visualization seminar – Techniques from the Denver University Sports Psychology program. – Stacie “Midge Mayhem” Wilhelm
5-??: Happy Hour at Jakes Food and Spirits. Mingle and talk strategy with MHC skaters at DRD’s favorite bar and grill.
